Return

Please order the goods responsibly and make well though orders, and do not abuse the return option. “Everyone” is not a big company or factory. It’s activities are carried out of personal finances, so we appreciate the customers who orders responsibly.

In case that the ordered item did not fit , you can return it or change it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the item according to the Lithuanian Minister of Economy of 2001. June 29 by Order no. 217 approved “Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods”.

  • Before returning or changing the item, please inform us by e-mail info@everyone.lt and send an e-mail confirmation, which you’ve received after payment. We will notify you by e-mail about the return You are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • The returned item must be undamaged, unused, in a neat package, intact, without loss of commercial appearance. Please return the products using all original packaging the garment was received in (or including it in the shipment). Please also include all the instructions, and other documentation, if available, that came with the product.

After receiving the item, we will check it and inform you about the status of the returned order. Money will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal (depending on how it was paid) within 5 business days after receipt of the refunded order to the same account from which the payment was made or we will send a new selected item within the agreed time. Money for shipping is non-refundable.
